Services We Provide

We presently offer custom pellicles, coated or uncoated. The standard
material is Parylene C, but Parylene N is also available. The standard
thickness is approximately 3 microns, but thicknesses down to 100 nm
can be made. Thickness uniformity is outstanding; 0.1% is nominal.
